Terms & Conditions

Raja’s Catering – Terms & Conditions

 (operating under Indian Cooked Food Catering Service Pte Ltd, UEN 202312161M, Halal Certified)

 1. Minimum Order

  • Minimum order is 20 pax.
  • Menus and prices are subject to change without prior notice

2. Food Safety (SFA Compliance)

  • All food must be consumed within four (4) hours of delivery/setup, in line with Singapore
    Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
  • No packing of leftover food is allowed.
  • No packing materials (containers, boxes, or bags) will be provided.
  • Raja’s Catering will not be held responsible for food consumed beyond the 4-hour window.

3. Menu & Orders

  • Once dishes are confirmed, they cannot be changed.
  • Menu upgrades must be requested at least one (1) month before the event date.
  • Pax may be increased but cannot be reduced after confirmation.
  • Raja’s Catering reserves the right to substitute dishes of equal value if ingredients are
    unavailable

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery/setup time may vary by ±30 minutes from requested timing.
  • Surcharge applies if delivery location has no direct lift access or requires climbing stairs.
  • Client must ensure venue is ready and accessible for setup upon arrival.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made only to Indian Cooked Food Catering Service Pte Ltd.
  • Payments made to individuals or third parties are not valid; Raja’s Catering will not be liable.
  • Official ordering hotline/WhatsApp: 96584335.
  • Orders above SGD $1,000 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable but may be used to offset a future booking if cancellation is approved.

6. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Amendments or cancellations must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance.
  • Cancellation charges:
    • Within 7 days of event date: 100% of total bill will be charged.
    • Within 14 days of event date: 50% of total bill will be charged.
  • Administrative fees may apply for refund processing

7. Employee Treatment

  • Clients and guests must treat Raja’s Catering staff respectfully.
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
  • Raja’s Catering reserves the right to withdraw service without refund in cases of mistreatment.

8. Food Quality & Complaints

  • Any food quality issues must be reported immediately on the event day, before the 4-hour
    consumption window lapses.
  • Complaints raised after the event date will not be accepted.
  • Resolution will be at Raja’s Catering’s discretion and may include replacement, partial refund, or goodwill compensation.
  • Raja’s Catering will not be liable for complaints where:
    • Food was not consumed within the 4-hour safety window.
    • Client/guests provided inaccurate setup/storage instructions.
    • Food was tampered with or mishandled after delivery/setup.

9. Liability

  • Raja’s Catering will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue access issues.
  • We are not responsible for damages or losses due to client miscommunication or failure to follow instructions.
  • We are not liable for any foodborne issues arising from non-compliance with SFA’s 4-hour rule
