Catering Operations & Logistics Executive

$3,000 – $5,000 / month Full-time · Permanent Woodlands (Central Kitchen) Class 3 licence preferred

Own our kitchen logistics end-to-end — from the moment food leaves the stove to the moment it's delivered, set up, and the client leaves a five-star review.

  • Coordinate daily kitchen logistics, packing and delivery schedules for weddings, corporate and event orders
  • Source and negotiate with delivery partners; keep every delivery inside the committed window
  • Ensure SFA food safety and hygiene standards on every order
  • Prepare GeBIZ tender bids, manage the operations inbox and build partnerships
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting from our backend order data

Package structured with housing, transport, handphone and meal allowances plus taxi claims. Performance-based variable allowance as company sales targets are hit.

Head Indian Chef

  • Strong North & South Indian cuisine, including live stations
  • 5+ years Indian catering experience; able to execute 100–800 pax Indian weddings
